Walk into Sam Ink and you don't find a shop. You find a culture.

A barbershop and a tattoo studio under one roof, plus laser, piercing, and a clothing label to wear it all home. A room full of specialists, from the barbers on the chairs to the tattoo artists inking realism, fine line, Japanese, Chicano and everything in between. Out in Cranbourne West, Sam built something rare: not a single service, but a whole scene with a name on the door.

A brand doing that much needs more than a logo and a booking link. It needs an engine. So we became it.

The work

We run the whole thing.

We built the website from scratch, a custom, video-led experience that lets a customer walk in the digital door, pick their world, whether that's the barber's chair or the tattoo bed, and book in a couple of taps. Behind it, we wired the entire booking platform so every artist, every service and every chair flows through one clean system without a single dead end.

Then we built everything around it. The ads that bring new faces in. The email marketing that keeps them coming back. The social media that turns the work on the walls into content people follow. The ecommerce that turns the brand into merch people wear. The events, set up and switched on. Every channel a business needs, handled by one team who actually talk to each other.

Not a website here and an ad guy there. One brand, one strategy, one operation running the lot.

The result

Sam Ink runs like a business three times its size. A customer can discover it on social, get pulled in by an ad, book in seconds, buy the merch, get the email, and come back again, all through a system built to make every one of those steps effortless.

One roof for the whole brand. One team for the whole engine.

The takeaway

The best local brands deserve big-brand infrastructure. We gave Sam Ink the full machine, from the first tap to the return visit, and left them free to do what they do best.

You bring the craft. We run everything else.
